02. The Title - Um... I'll address the title of the story in the future. Right now, I want to discuss the title of this chapter, Wherever You Will Go (The Calling). People, look at this song. Meredith's actions were wrong. Very, very wrong. Read on, past the lyrics.
When I'm gone, you'll need love - Um.. they can't be there for Derek forever. That's all I'm saying.
...
With those dreams that are set in stone
Could you make it on your own - Can she? Can Meredith do this? I don't know...
And maybe I'll find out
A way to make it back someday - Yeah, key word someday. Not today. Or tomorrow.
...
Then I hope there's someone out there
Who can bring me back to you - No comment.
...
I'll go wherever you will go
Way up high, or down low
I'll go wherever you will go - No explanation needed, I think.
03. The Chapter - Um. The title connects here. At first, the chapter is all about whether Meredith can fit back in. That question remains, and it's gonna stick around for awhile. But here's the thing. That ending scene? I had another way I was going to do it, with description in between the dialog - if you haven't noticed, I'm big on the emotional, etc. descriptions and not so much with the conversation. There will be scenes and chapters with a lot of dialog. Until this point in the chapter, it wasn't necessary. And then it was. You realize that Meredith needs to stay. She may not be able to fit back in, make things right with Derek, etc, but she does need to stay.
01. I have SO much planned for this story, and I really hope you guys want to stick around to see where it goes. I have over thirty scenes that I want to include, and that doesn't begin to cover everything. There are major issues here, and they won't be resolved in a week. Meredith left Derek and their kids. High and dry. That will not go away. Derek won't take Meredith back anytime soon. *closes mouth*
02. Let me know the good, the bad, the ugly. Well, I would prefer if you didn't do reviews like "THIS STORY SUCKS BALLS." And then end your review there... but I figure if you're reading the blog, that's a good sign. Let me know if you don't like the blog... whatever. Email or comment here.
And now I must attend to pertinent homework. Oh the joys of school. Love, Kellie
